Delete your account or data

You can request deletion of your RV Business Tech app account and associated personal information without reinstalling the app.

Send a deletion request

Email sales@rvbusinesstech.com with the subject “RV Business Tech account deletion”. Include the email address used to sign in and your organization or workspace name. Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or particular information removed.

Send the request from your account email address if possible. If you cannot access that address, explain this so we can arrange another way to verify ownership. Never send your password.

What happens next

We verify your identity, identify the account and relevant information, and coordinate with your workspace administrator where necessary. We remove account access and delete or de-identify associated personal information that is no longer required.

Shared business records, backups, security logs, and records needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained for those purposes. We explain any applicable retention or additional steps when responding to your request. You can request removal of personal information from shared records even where the business record itself must remain.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your server account. Files already saved on your phone must be removed separately from the storage location you selected.
